Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Team Vibrations, operated by Digital Rebel BV ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Team Vibrations is a community and collaboration platform for builders, designers, and developers who build with AI tools ("vibe coders"). The Service includes public community features, crews for team collaboration, a marketplace for services and products, session hosting, a teammates board, and related tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Team Vibrations. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account registration

You may sign up with an email address and password, or via a supported third-party provider (e.g. GitHub, Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at info@digitalrebel.eu.

You may not create more than one personal account, impersonate another person, or use a name or handle that is offensive, misleading, or infringes a third-party trademark.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you post on Team Vibrations ("User Content"). By posting User Content you grant Digital Rebel BV a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to post the content.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to re-sell access without authorisation.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm users or infrastructure.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures.
• Engage in any activity that violates EU or Dutch law.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. Crews and collaboration

Crew owners are responsible for managing members and the content within their crew. Public crews allow any Team Vibrations user to view content or request to join. Private crews are accessible only to members.

Crew owners may remove members and delete crew content. We are not responsible for decisions made by crew owners within their crews.

7. Marketplace

The marketplace allows users to list and sell digital products, services, and project opportunities. Digital Rebel BV acts as a platform intermediary and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for honouring any commitments you make through marketplace listings.

We do not currently facilitate payments directly. Any payment arrangements are between buyers and sellers. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Team Vibrations are the property of Digital Rebel BV or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our brand assets.

The software and design of the Service are proprietary to Digital Rebel BV. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service itself.

9. Subscription and pricing

Some features of Team Vibrations are available on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature entitlements are described on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. We will notify you by email before any price increase that affects your active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact info@digitalrebel.eu within 14 days of a charge if you believe a billing error occurred.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Digital Rebel BV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Rebel BV and its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content licences for cached content, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will do so.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
